Meris Media is an independent studio producing video for streaming platforms. This page covers this website. Each of our channels publishes its own privacy notice covering that channel.
This website collects nothing
There are no accounts, no sign-in, no forms, no analytics and no advertising here. No cookies are set. We do not collect, store or sell information about visitors, and we do not knowingly collect anything from children.
If you email us we keep the message and your address so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation, for example a licensing agreement. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass your details to anyone else.
Our channels
Viewing happens on the platform, not here. What YouTube, TikTok and similar services collect is governed by their own policies, including the Google Privacy Policy. Channels we operate for children are marked Made for Kids, which limits the data those platforms collect and disables comments and personalised advertising.
Software we use to publish
We use private tooling to publish our own videos to our own channels. It uses YouTube API Services and is therefore bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
- It is used only by us, and is not offered to anyone else.
- It is authorised only against accounts we own, and reads and writes only our own data.
- Its access tokens are stored on private machines under our control and are never shared.
- Access can be revoked at any time through Google security settings.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will action it.
